Questions

How much does a piece cost?

A perspective is 1 credit and a long read is 2. Once you’ve unlocked a piece, it’s yours to come back to.

What happens to unused credits?

Unused monthly credits on your plan roll over for one month. Free credits, subscriber top-ups and referral credits have their own expiry windows, set out in the Terms of Use. See the terms →

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you keep reading Need to Know cards for free.

How do I pay?

By card, on the web, through our payment provider. We never see your card details.
